We allow exchange of full-priced items (for equal or higher priced items, subject to availability) within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags. No refunds.

To process your exchange
Email hello@avaandava.com or message our Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your name, order # and reason for exchange. Once we confirm, please return the items within 7 days. Items sent back before notifying us will not be accepted. After inspection, we will notify regarding the delivery of the new item. Shipping costs shall be shouldered by the customer. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We take extreme care to ensure our goods are of the highest quality and are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, message us via the live chat button, Instagram, Viber  or hello@avaandava.com and we will address it with urgency. Provide your name, order #, photo and description of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order.

ORDERS OUTSIDE AVA & AVA WEBSITE

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items made through our partner vendors or retailers. Kindly coordinate with them directly for their respective Return Policies.
